VIP Booker's Club

A PROGRAM FOR AGENTS OF TRANSPORTATION

Emerald Limousine Service (ELS) is proud to present our VIP Booker's Club.  This program is designed to reward our Preferred Clients through a credit program that will award you points for charter usage on each corporate booking that you make or first time referral.  Here's how it works:

♣  You will agree to use ELS as your primary limousine provider and earn a spot as our "Preferred VIP Client."

♣  For direct bookers, ELS will make a point credit of 10% of dollars spent on chartered limousine service to your account. i.e. $1000 spent equals 100 points.  (Does not include taxes or gratuities)

♣  For retail establishments, ELS will also make a monthly point credit to your account if you place a "business car" in your related establishment that offers our information to related potential customers.

♣  Points are only awarded if you personally book the charter, however, if another representative from your company or any referral mentions your name at the time of booking, we will also credit your account.  Repeat bookings from that individual will not qualify. 

♣  You may use any or all of the "points" towards any future charter.  Each "point" is worth $1 in value towards a future charter.

♣  VIP Points may not be used towards package rates or coupon rates, however, any cash portion of your charter may be used towards these promotions if the cash portion is equivalent to the package/coupon requirements, i.e. "A 3 hour wedding package.." means that 3 hours are paid in cash, and additional hours can be used with Points.

♣  This is not a company account, rather an individual account.

♣  Cannot be used towards sales taxes, however, taxes will only be applied towards non-point, cash balances before gratuity.

♣  Cannot be used towards Chauffeur gratuity.  Chauffeur gratuity will be based upon charter value before points are applied.  Please take care of your chauffeur!

♣  Points can be used for business or personal use.

♣  Club membership is available to frequent bookers only and is not available for single trips or events.

♣  Redemption of points is based upon space availability at ELS discretion and cannot be used during high demand special events.  Please work with us to choose a date that mutually works for both parties.

♣  Points have no cash value and as such have no redemption value for cash.

♣  Points expire 12 months after date of issue.

♣  All charter rules and conditions apply as normal.

♣  Charters under a redemption of points do not qualify for additional points.  Any paid portion of that charter will, however, be eligible for points. (Excluding taxes and gratuities)

♣  We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel this program at our discretion at any time without recourse.
