Limousine Rental is by the hour, and you may travel any
distance within your time with no additional
charges after the scheduled initial pickup which is when
your charges begin. Initial pickups and the final
destinations within 30 miles of our office (The Dayton
Mall) incur no outside market travel fees. Pickups
outside of our market are accepted, however, there is a
$2.00 per mile fee after 30 miles for any pickup
and/or dropoff that occurs outside and after 30 miles
from our office as defined by MapQuest.
♦Cash or pre-approved check accepted upon pickup with all guaranteed
reservations.
Payment by check is
accepted
if the amount of the charter can be authorized (not charged) on your
credit card. Payment in
advance by Credit Card is securely accepted. Approved Corporate Direct Bills allowed with a credit
card guarantee.
Returned checks are subject to a $35.00
Processing Fee and associated costs.
Eligible tax exemption claims must have
this form submitted to us before the charter

♦A valid Credit Card
is required on ALL charters to guarantee your reservation. For
cash/check paying customers, your card will be "authorized" but will not
be charged unless approved by you for payment. We discourage
the use of "debit" cards. When we request an
authorization on your debit card, your bank will deduct
this amount from your account and hold it for up to two
weeks. We are not responsible for overdrafts in
this event.
♦Cancellation policies vary. Unquoted cancellation policy is
72 hours. All others will be quoted at time of reservation.
Reservations cancelled after policy deadline will be billed IN FULL
to the credit card. All cancellations will be confirmed by
email or regular mail at your choice. Verbal cancellations are
not binding.
♦Over time charged at 1.5 times hourly rate in half hour increments.
If in doubt, buy extra time in advance.
♦Special Event Rates and minimum hours may apply at our discretion.
♦All Listed Rates are Net Non-Commissionable. For
Commissionable Rates, add 11% to Net Non Comm Rate.
