The world famous El Meson "Chiva Bus" has
retired to a life of special events, but don't despair, it has been replaced
with "Chiva"sine service to get your group safely to and from El
Meson/Macarena so that you can enjoy your event to the fullest and return
home safely!

Saturdays are available for private charter at our
regular rates and conditions.
Short term "Chiva"sine and "Chiva"sino bookings may be
accepted for Saturday at the discretion of Emerald Limousine Service.
CHARTER INFORMATION
 Pickup
will be at one location and delivery back to the same location.

Pickup 11:30am home/office location, Depart Rest @ 1:30pm
Pickup 12:30pm home/office location, Depart Rest @ 2:30pm
Pickup 4:30pm home/office location, Depart
Rest @ 6:30pm
Pickup5:30pm home/office location, Depart Rest @ 8pm
Pickup 7:30pm home/office location, Depart Rest @ 9:30
Restaurant
reservations must be made directly with El Meson (937) 859 8229.
For less
than 8 riders, the minimum charge will apply. For large
parties, a second "Chiva"sine can be reserved, with a minimum of 8
each vehicle, maximum 12, or by booking the mini "Chiva"sino.
This rate includes pickups within 20 miles of the restaurant.
Incremental miles would be $4.00 per additional mile according to Mapquest. (covers both pickup and dropoff)
Alcohol is allowed in the vehicle under the laws of the State of
Ohio. Any passenger under 21 years of age is not allowed to
consume alcohol and the divider can not be used if anyone in the
vehicle is under 21.
Reservations
will be secured with a credit card by the "responsible party" and
payment is to be made at pickup by cash, check, or credit card on
file. Cancellation must be made 48 hours before reserved date
to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Confirmed counts can not be
reduced within 48 hours of the pickup. Additions are allowed
based upon capacity of limousine.
"Chiva"sine
and "Chiva"sino
service is not intended to be an exclusively chartered vehicle for
the night. Other parties will be shuttling in the same vehicle
so bring your own glassware. Private
charter limousine service can be secured through Emerald Limousine
Service's regular rates and conditions or
by booking our Dinner Package.
 Nanny
goats are NOT allowed on the "Chiva"sine.
"Chiva"sine
service is provided by Emerald Limousine Service, LLC and is not
affiliated with El Meson-Macarena. Laws of
the State of Ohio regarding alcohol consumption are strictly
enforced by Emerald Limousine Service, LLC.
The "Responsible Party" is responsible for all passengers in
your group and the terms of the Charter Agreement.
Tax (7%) and Gratuity will be added to all charters.
Additional gratuity is encouraged since this is a greatly
reduced rate.
Since the Chivasine will be used throughout the night for
multiple parties, we ask that you provide your own glassware/plasticware.
Ice will be provided. |
